Join our team: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Cumberland County, Illinois. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred The role involves feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
