Join our team: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Los Angeles County, California. Day to day you will install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Willing to travel between sites Six days a week, one day off. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
