Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in Jefferson County, Alabama. The role involves: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Full-time, day shift.
