Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in City of Virginia Beach, Virginia. The job is in an occupied house during renovation. The role involves: • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Check walls for plumb and level as you go You should have: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
