Food and beverage server — San Miguel County

Now hiring: we are hiring a food and beverage server in San Miguel County, New Mexico. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. Requirements: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
