Kitchen cook wanted in Gentry County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Gentry County, Missouri. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience.
