Powder spray gun operator — Garfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Garfield County, Washington. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
