Urgent requirement: we are hiring a nursery worker in Clay County, Iowa. The job is on a golf course. You should have: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting On a typical shift you will plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
