Powder coating line operator — Sokoto South

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Sokoto South, Sokoto State. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Performance bonus on top of base pay.
