In-process quality controller wanted in Dawson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Dawson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. Your main tasks: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
