Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Davie County, North Carolina. The job is at a drainage and utilities contractor. Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing The role involves lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
