Vacancy available: LGV Class 1 driver (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Calhoun County, Illinois. The job is at a container freight yard. On the job you will handle: • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off You should have: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
