You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
