Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
