Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $8,250 per project, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
