Quality control inspector wanted in Somerset County

Join our team: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Somerset County, Maryland. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
