Immediate opening: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Cecil County, Maryland. The job is on a high-rise façade. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Willing to travel between sites On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings.
