Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Ballard County, Kentucky. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience.
