Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Park County, Colorado. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
