Tiling assistant — Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Greene County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
