Now hiring: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Livingston County, Kentucky. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. You should have: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Day to day you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
