Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Wilkin County, Minnesota. The job is on an industrial coating line. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
