Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Custer County, Montana. The job is in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Rotating shifts.
