Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Meals and transport allowance provided.
