VRF/VRV installation technician • Washington County, New York

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VRF/VRV installation technician in Washington County, New York. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. Day to day you will evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; core-drill through brick and concrete walls to route the refrigerant piping; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Can read electrical and piping schematics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
