Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in North Lanarkshire, Scotland. You will be based on a structural steel site. On the job you will handle: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Part-time with flexible hours.
