Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Delta County, Michigan. The role involves mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing. What we are looking for: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience 6+ years on the tools preferred.
