Refrigeration installation technician — Itu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration installation technician in Itu, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a food processing plant. What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Day to day you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; clean condenser and evaporator coils; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦8,000 per day, based on your experience.
