Urgent requirement: we are hiring a packaging worker in City of Williamsburg, Virginia. The job is in a food packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing The role involves inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; strap and band pallets ready for loading; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; operate the filling and sealing machine on the line.
