Powder coater — Opobo/Nkoro

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
