Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar worker in Asari-Toru, Rivers State. You will work at a high-rise construction project. The role involves: • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
