Steward — Golden Valley County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Golden Valley County, North Dakota. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
