Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Karnes County, Texas. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
