Commis chef — Calhoun County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Calhoun County, Iowa. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Part-time with flexible hours. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
