Urgent requirement: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska. You will work at an industrial plant. The role involves fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 5+ years on the tools preferred.
