We are recruiting: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Isanti County, Minnesota. You will be based at an open-cast mine. What we are looking for: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine On the job you will handle: • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
