Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Performance bonus on top of base pay.
