RCC mason — Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a RCC mason in Franklin County, Maine. The job is on a building construction site. The role involves carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified. Requirements: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
