Join our team: we are hiring a foundry operative in Irepodun, Kwara State. You should have: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On a typical shift you will carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer ₦1,550 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
