Safety officer — Finney County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Finney County, Kansas. The job is at a manufacturing plant. You will enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
