Kitchen porter — Stark County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Stark County, North Dakota. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
