We are recruiting: we are hiring a waitress in Lincoln County, Colorado. The role involves: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
