Refrigeration field service technician wanted in Mendocino County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration field service technician in Mendocino County, California. Day to day you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. You should have: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns Six days a week, one day off. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
