Health and safety supervisor • Okanogan County, Washington

Immediate opening: we are hiring a health and safety supervisor in Okanogan County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements Requirements: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
