Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Perry County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish On a typical shift you will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
