HVAC-R technician • East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana

Join our team: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. You will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; service split AC units and VRF systems. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Six days a week, one day off.
