Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments 5+ years on the tools preferred.
