Urgent requirement: overhead (EOT) crane operator (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Jackson County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
