The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray.
