Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Blackford County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Own basic hand tools and PPE The role involves weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
